PROJECT 442

So a fair bit of work has been done on the Jumbo in the last little while, and since I have delayed some of the posts and forgotten to take a few pics of things like how i handmade the Staff exchangers and put the lining on, and then the numbering and painted the pilots and the roof, i'll show you all of this at once. Let me know what you think?

    Hi Kyle,
    Very nice job on the Candy 442 I didnt mind this scheme either altho historically I'm VR Blue & Yellow but after living in WA for 20 years WAGR oranges and yellows are the go.I'm slowly putting together Intercapital daylight consist for my Ravenslea layout expect to see lots of candy on that one

      Sadly this loco isn't mine, i have done this work for a fellow Candy era modeller. I quite fancy the WAGR two tone blue with the yellow bands myself. Cheers for the comment! And i'm so glad this 442 isn't hiding behind those questionable Silverton tones anymore!
